What are your opening hours?

Our webshop is open 24/7 but our physical shop has the following opening hours:

The helmet i ordered does not fit

We urge you to read our size guide and additional information before ordering a helmet from us. If you find that the helmet you ordered does not fit correctly, please read the following before issuing a return:

For all Biltwell, John Doe and Roeg (only Chase models) helmets we offer different size cheek pads to alter the fit. This greatly reduces the pressure on the temples and cheeks. Search for "cheek pads" on our webshop or contact us at info@motoccino.eu to order them directly and/or ask for more info.

Helmets must fit tightly to serve their protective purpose. Over time, the fit will become slightly more comfortable, like breaking in a new pair of shoes. Please keep this in mind before issuing a return.

Do you host events?

The number 1 reason Motoccino exists is to offer an exciting and safe hub for motorcycle enthousiasts like you and me. We regularly host events, ride-outs and workshops. One of them being the weekly Bike Night, which takes place every Wednesday from 18:00 'till 20:00 all year 'round! Of course, only when the weather isn't total garbage!

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our selection of retro motowear and apparel, choose your favorites, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout where you can enter your shipping information and payment details. If you need any assistance, feel free to reach out to us!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Is everything on the webshop available in the physical store?

We wish! Sadly, we can't stock everything in our shop. We would run out of room very quickly! That's why we work with a huge external warehouse. On the product pages, right above the "add to cart" button, you'll see the availability. So before planning your visit to the physical shop, make sure the item you want is marked "available in our shop".  

All items in stock (physical shop or warehouse) can be ordered on the webshop. Warehouse items will take a couple days longer to ship.

I'm looking for a specific product, but can't find it anywhere!

We know how you feel! Stylish and protective motowear can be hard to find, especially for women. We have a wide network of brands and distributors that might have that specific item you're looking for. Shoot us a message through thecontact formor directly mail us at info@motoccino.eu and we'll go digging!

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you receive a return label you have 30 days to post the return. Returns posted after that may be refused on delivery.

Due to increasing shipping fees all over Europe, we ask a return fee of €15.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in case of a store-bought item.

To start a return, you can acces our self-serve return portal. You can find this in the account overview on our webshop. If you have trouble handling the return yourself, you can contact us at info@motoccino.eu. Items sent back without contacting us or using the self-serve portal will be refused and/or not refunded unless agreed otherwise.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Again, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@motoccino.eu.

How long does shipping take?

Your order will typically be shipped within 1-2 weekdays if the product is in stock in our shop.

We also operate from an external warehouse, where there's alot more room for different sizes and colors! If you order an item from our warehouse, the shipping time might take 1-3 days longer. The estimated shipping time is displayed on the product page, right above the "add to cart" button.

Rest assured, If there are any delays, we will keep you informed!

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right!

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. If you have any questions about the exchange process, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! They make a great gift for anyone who loves motorcycle lifestyle! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
