Wentworth Moto Sidekick Backpack - Black

The 26-litre capacity is the perfect size to make the Sidekick your daily companion. It is made from high-quality wax cotton, with waterproof zips and heavy-duty quick-release buckles.

We first entered the market with our Helmet Sling, a simple but perfectly executed design that allows you to easily carry your helmet with you when you’re off the bike. We have now integrated the Sling into the Sidekick backpack: the right shoulder strap has a big, solid buckle at the bottom which you can undo, run through your helmet and do up again. Simple, clever and beautifully executed.

At the side of the bag, you will find a tall, waterproof pocket where you can store your gloves. It is also where you will notice mounting points, should you want to strap the Sidekick to your bike. The back of the bag has full-length airflow foam behind a mesh panel, offering supreme comfort, even when it gets hot out there. The shoulder straps are padded for comfort and have a sternum strap to keep the weight off your back. This is operated by another of those quick-release buckles, which become addictive to use.

Lift the clamshell design lid and you will find a drawstring cord that clips away to stop it flapping around in the wind. Open the drawstring to gain access to the main compartment. The soft cotton lining is light grey in colour which makes it much easier to find what you are after when looking inside. The main compartment houses two laptop slots and an elastic water bottle holder. All designed around daily use.

The base of the bag is padded, to keep its contents extra safe. Talking about safety: there is even a compartment to house an optional back protector, should you want extra peace of mind. The bag is weather-resistant and includes a waterproof cover for when you get caught out in a proper downpour.

In-Store and Online Stock

We do our best to get your order processed, packaged and shipped as soon as possible. Items that are in stock in our Belgium store are shipped out a little faster. Because we ship all over Europe, shipping times can vary. We use Bpost, PostNL and DPD as our carriers.

Pre-orders

Items marked as "Pre-order" have no set delivery date. You will receive an email after your order with the expected delivery date.

Returns

Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you receive a return label you have 30 days to post the return. Returns posted after that may be refused on delivery.

Due to increasing shipping fees all over Europe, we ask a return fee of €15.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in case of a store-bought item.

To start a return, you can acces our self-serve return portal. You can find this in the account overview on our webshop. If you have trouble handling the return yourself, you can contact us at info@motoccino.eu. Items sent back without contacting us or using the self-serve portal will be refused and/or not refunded unless agreed otherwise.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Again, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Helmets

We urge you to read our size guide and additional information before ordering a helmet from us. If you find that the helmet you ordered does not fit correctly, please read the following before issuing a return:

For all Biltwell, John Doe and Roeg (only Chase models) helmets we offer different size cheek pads to alter the fit. This greatly reduces the pressure on the temples and cheeks. Search for "cheek pads" on our webshop or contact us at info@motoccino.eu to order them directly and/or ask for more info.

Helmets must fit tightly to serve their protective purpose. Over time, the fit will become slightly more comfortable, like breaking in a new pair of shoes. Please keep this in mind before issuing a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
