Chest
With arms at sides, place tape measure under your arms and run it around the fullest part of the chest and across the shoulder blades.
Height
The best is to compare with a t-shirt you wear often.
Shoulders
Stand up straight with arms at sides. On your back, with the help of someone, place tape from the widest point of one of shoulder, until the widest point of the other.

With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your waist (belt area).
Hips
With feet together, run tape measure around the fullest part of your hips/seat, about 7 to 8 inches below your waistline.

Use the LARGEST of these two measurements for the correct size glove. If you are RIGHT handed, take measurements from your RIGHT hand, if left handed... left hand
